It's back.
Break out the party hats and those annoying little noise makers.
It has been raining
and raining
and raining
and pouring
and the old man has been snoooooooring...
and I thought it would never return.
I thought for a moment that my house might wash away.
And as I was getting out my canoe to row, row, row my way to the bank,
the sun came out and dried up all the rain
and the itsy bitsy spider climbed up the spout again.
Now that the sun is here, my garden has been planted. (pictures to come, but right now it just looks like a square plot of dirt. Not too exciting...YET).
Buckley can frolic once again.
And I no longer have to canoe to the bank.
I confess, I don't even have a canoe.
They make me nervous.
Easy tipper-over-ers.
When I was a kid, I used to go turtle watching in Turtle Heaven (yes, there is such a place) in a canoe. I was always scared we would tip over at any moment. And doesn't it seems like, whenever you are in a canoe, there is always someone who likes to rock it back and forth with a big grin on there face? Or was that just me?
Hooray for sun.
No rain = no canoe tipping.
Sort-of.
Wait, what?
Hey there girl! So glad to check out your new blog! I'm lovin it!
